Piquette Fruited Sour Ale by Ocho Beer x Peco Wines

Our friends at Peco Wines gifted us some Sauv Blanc and Chardonnay skins which we macerated in a simple sour ale to create this refreshing and elegant piquette-style beer.

Fruited Sour Ale. 3.7% abv.

24 x 375mL cans - gross weight 9.5kg

Malts= pale, wheat, oats

Yeast= Philly Sour

Fruit= sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, and frontignac skins from Peco Wines
