An IPA Theory series release

IPA Theory is a new series of delicious hop-centric beers all about brewing creatively.

We'll brew a new India Pale Ale as a limited release for the IPA Theory range every 6-8 weeks.

Spinning Wizard is our 15th IPA Theory release, and the first where we've taken inspiration from another beer: an iconic IPA from the Northeast of the US that's been around for 20+ years. The name refers to the "whirlpool" stage of brewing where hops are added at the final stage just prior to cooling - locking in precious aromatics. This one is packed with Simcoe, Chinook, Centennial and Amarillo hops, boosted by an expressive yeast.

Aroma= mandarin, orange zest, hint of tropical fruit

Flavour= full palate, bittersweet balance, with apricot, grapefruit and mandarin notes, and a firm dry finish.
