An IPA Theory series release

IPA Theory is a new series of delicious hop-centric beers all about brewing creatively.

We'll brew a new India Pale Ale as a limited release for the IPA Theory range every 6-8 weeks.

Here Be Dragons is the 9th release in our IPA Theory series, and is a slightly more Autumnal offering with a heavier malt character balanced with complex grapefruit zest and fruit candy aromatics. We love the subtle peach ester from this yeast, and the super interesting bubblegum-candy notes from the dry hop addition.
