Green Wolf - India Pale Ale by Ocho

An IPA Theory series release

IPA Theory is a new series of delicious hop-centric beers all about brewing creatively.

We'll brew a new India Pale Ale as a limited release for the IPA Theory range every 6-8 weeks.

Green Wolf is the 10th release in our IPA Theory series, and is an uncompromising hazy IPA. We began with a mixture of pale and Pils malts, adding over 20% oats to the grist, as well as some lush chit malt. Early hops were Nelson and Citra (citrus and tropical), then the dry hop includes these two hops along with Vic Secret and Simcoe CRYO for a punchier pine-lime hit.

Expect mandarin, pineapple, and florals on the aroma, with a palate full of sweet mango sorbet, zesty passionfruit, and a grapefruity finish.
