Happy Place (3.5%) is a bright and juicy little hop banger brewed with rye malt and bucketloads of citrussy hops.
It was fermented with a traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast ("kveik") which gives it a spicy, fruity character, then we added a pinch of sea salt to create a spritzy, refreshing beer.
We hope it takes you to your happy place, too.
Ingredients:
Malt: pale (62%), rye malt (19%), malted oats (16%), dark crystal (3%).
Hops: Centennial (75%), Columbus (25%)
Yeast: Simonaitis
Other: sea salt (0.2g/L)
