Happy Place (3.5%) is a bright and juicy little hop banger brewed with rye malt and bucketloads of Citra hops.
It was fermented with a traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast ("kveik") which gives it a spicy, fruity character, then we added a pinch of sea salt to create a spritzy, refreshing beer.
We hope it takes you to your happy place, too.

Malt: pale (65%), rye malt (19%), rolled oats (13%), dark crystal malt (3%).
Hops: Citra (50%), Centennial (50%)
Yeast: Voss Kveik
Other: sea salt (0.2g/L)
