BLUE is the second in our series of Seasonal IPAs, released for Winter 2018.
It's got grapefruity & floral characters atop a crisp & biscuity malt base.
Malts: Pale, wheat, flaked wheat, melanoidin, acidulated.
Hops: Ella, Centennial, Simcoe.
Yeast: Bohemian lager (34/70) - fermented as a lager at 11°C.
OG: 1.059 FG: 1.010 ABV: 6.5% IBUs: 65 Total hops: 9g/L Colour: 9 ebc
