RED is the first in this series of Seasonal IPAs, released for Autumn 2018.
It's a rich Red IPA with toasty/toffee malt character and tangerine/stonefruit hops.
Malts: Vienna, pale, wheat, melanoidin, CaraAroma, dark crystal.
Hops: Citra, Centennial, Cascade, Galaxy.
Yeast: Vermont ale
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.012 ABV: 6.5% IBUs: 60 Total hops: 9g/L Colour: 30 ebc
