TASTING NOTES=

Spring Lager (4.0%) a fresh unfiltered lager in the style of German Kellerbier, keeping malt and hops in perfect balance.

 

Dunkel x Du Cane (5.6%) the ultimate food-friendly lager. Rich & bittersweet with a hint of smoked malt in the style of Bavarian Rauchbier.

 

Bock x Spotty Dog (6.4%) an absolute malt monster! Layers of intense maltiness (think fruit cake and crusty bread) and gloriously smooth from 8 weeks’ cool fermentation.
