IPA Theory #6 - India Pale Ale by Ocho
IPA Theory is a new series of delicious hop-centric beers all about brewing creatively.
We'll brew a new India Pale Ale as a limited release for the IPA Theory range every 6-8 weeks.
For the sixth IPA Theory we looked towards Spring and brewed something bright and breezy! A pared-back malt profile paves the way for pure hop goodness. Think fruit candy and fragrant tropical fruit salad. This IPA does not mess about: it's in your face sweet, fruity hops.
Packaged 17th September 2024.
TASTING NOTES=
On the nose is lemon-lime candy with a hint of pineapple. The flavour is sweetly fruity with pineapple and passionfruit and a wonderful lingering sweet-resiny hop character. The balance is decidedly towards tropical fruit sweetness but finishes with a snappy lemon zest bitterness.
